Auras
The Aura is a reflection of our "true nature" at any moment. Our society has symbolism, stereotypes, superficial behavior, and habits running all through it. These traits are taught through education by people trying to control the flock. Our True Nature is what is left when we shed all these things, to become fully conscious, truly natural and spontaneous. Sometimes the only way to see someones true nature behind stereotypical facades is to read their aura. The aura surrounds the entire body but the colors only apply to the head area. Once you are good at seeing auras you will be able to gather your own understandings of what you see.

Let look at how to Harnish the energy in the physical:
A Psi ball is a type of construct that is created by energy manipulation. These balls are created by molding psi energy, with your mind and hands to form a sphere or ball. I always say be creative, so don't be limited to the idea of just a ball, you could make a square, pyramid, or really anything your mind could imagine. When making a psi ball you will pull energy from a source energy something, this could be sun, moon, earth, fire, water, or even air.
Learning how to control your own body energy is the start to all of this. You should try to practice first with a source energy instead of your own. Uses your own energy at the beginning stages can leave you very depleted of energy and just out right tired. When I was first told about the psi ball I immediately tried to make it.I finally made my first psi ball and I mean a big one. Once I got done I was so overwhelmed I started crying and needed a nap. That was the first true metaphysical sign I ever saw so to me it was like "ITS REAL". Now that you know my story lets give you some steps on how to get you to yours.
Step #1 Find Your Energy Source
1.Find a quiet place with no distractions
2. Close your eyes, concentrate on your breathing and take a few deep breaths
3.Think about the sources that appealed to your first (mine is the wind)
4. Visualize energy coming from your source and picture it entering or surrounding you. You might picture as a hose spraying over your head like a waterfall or a fire warming you.
Step #2 Make your ball
1. Visualize your source filling you. For this example I use wind my energy source. When I pull in energy I picture myself in a field with the wind blowing around and through me. When I feel full, all good and tingly place your hands in front of you palms up. Your non dominate hand is how you feel your energy. You will a warm, tingly, or heavy feeling. Since my source is wind I use my breath to help regulate. As I inhale I am pulling in energy and as I exhale I am sending it out.
2.With your hands in front of you, nice and steady, truly see your hand. Turn your palms inward and feel your energy build.
3.Once you can truly feel the energy, compress your hands. You want to make an inward-outward motion You will feel tension almost identical to the friction felt when you place negative ends of a battery together. As you feel the friction you will expand your ball, but only to its limits. If you feel at any point you have lost it go back to square one and pulse until you feel it.
4. Once you have built your ball get to know it. Truly explore what you are feeling. Remove your hand from around the ball but still know that it is there. Place your hand under the ball and feel the energy is still there.
Step #3 Play with Your ball
1.Practice,practice,practice, that is all you will here when it comes to this.
2.Practicing improves your speed in creating and your control of them.
3. Try things like making different shapes or changing the temp. from warm to extra cool.
4. Try allowing different emotions to enter your ball then clear of those energies.
Step #4 Program your Psi Ball
1. Visualize a goal or what you wish to happen
2.Project that picture into your energy ball
3.With eyes close speak to your psi ball, tell it to go into the world and bring you back what you desire. A great example is if you have a willing friend to tickle them with your psi ball. Picture nothing but happiness on a high level. Once you have put your intentions into the ball picture it over your friends head covering then like a slow waterfall. If you don't let them know you are doing it you will get the best effects of how they feel.
