The Reprogramming

The Reprogramming

Starting as a young child you begin the programming process, you are taught

how to process, understand, and navigate this new world. Your parents instilled in

you right and wrong in the understanding of good and bad. The only problem with

this is that you are not your parents. You are meant to have the opportunity to

shape and mold yourself. It is up to you to live the absolute, most amazing life

possible. When we look every programming we are looking at changing our

relationship with the universe. At some point along this journey we have built a

bad habit that don’t allow us to grow in the way that we need to.

Fear, anxiety, depression, and anger, these are all feelings that causes us to react

differently then our conscious self with you soon. These feelings end of starting to

take control of our mind, body, soul, and spirit by generalizing or distorting the

information you receive. It’s time to change your relationship with the universe by

reprogramming yourself for greatness. The whole idea is that you must build a

positive life structure to cancel out the negative.

Basically you are learning from your mistakes and trying again. In this world

you have to understand that nothing is a failure. Absolutely everything In life

should been seen as a growing point. Here are some thing’s you should implement

in your life if you want see your relationship with the universe change.

1. If you think something negative, immediately replace it with a positive

thought.

2. Spend your time with other positive self driven people.

3. Laugh- Laughter releases endorphins

4. Move your body. Walk the dog or just yourself for at least 20 minutes a day.

5. Invest 30 mins of your day for goal setting & reflection.

6. Make a morning routine. Nothing too extravagant, smart & obtainable.

7. Get a planner/agenda and organize your life.

8. Ask for help from God to remove anything blocking you from growth and

abundant living.

9. Just get up and do it, Stop procrastinating

10. Act, Think, Be. Build up happens in your life that emulate the lifestyle you

would like to live this is a great way to affect positive change into your life.

Chill and cut yourself some slack! Understand that this means to be a forever

learner and remember that all things happen for a reason. All you can do is try to

effect changes in all the areas that you can! Never forgot it starts with you!

The goal here is to change the way you experience abundance in this life.

Everyone has the opportunity to live and breathe true abundance. The harder part

to understand is that not all spirits in the universe are getting this, living in true

abundance. It seems like once you finally start getting this life the aligned, your

soul goes searching for another soul journey! Reprogramming your mind, will

help you develop the ability to change your approach to a specific issues or

problem as needed. Not all obstacles, hurdles or circumstances are the same; each

have their own difficulties, and you can meet those difficulties head-on.

When you use the law of attraction or manifestation you are actually using a

tool that’s part of the reprogramming process. The whole point of the

reprogramming process is to change your thought process so that you are only

sending out positive frequencies so that you can only receive positive experiences

back. The universe returns things back to you 10 fold, and that’s the good, bad,

and ugly.

Let’s Build a Plan

All right now we have gotten to the meat and potatoes. It’s time to build your

plan of execution. What is basically means is that you’re going to be a process

that’s going to help you grow through a spiritual growth journey. Let’s review a

little bit of what we’ve done so far. So far we’ve introduced ourselves to who we

truly are we done a little deep digging done some soul-searching and we were

able to pinpoint some areas of growth. Now that we know and understand these

areas of growth it’s time for us to build our plan of action.

How you choose to build this plan is really up to you! I will give you a few

tools so in the future you are prepared. Let’s start with talking about the elephant

in the room. When making goals one of the main things is to remember is must be

relevant, measurable and achievable. If you keep those things in your head while

creating goals you will build a strong plan for success. The best way to think

about this is “what can I do right now to effect change in my life?”

You are at a point where it is time to take everything you have learned about

yourself and make some changes. One of the best ways to think about this is a “21

days builds a habit”. If you can go 21 days strong on whatever goal you would

like to achieve, you will be able to make drastic change in your life.

First things first in order to set some goals you are going to need to do some

brainstorming first. When you’re brainstorming you’re taking a bunch of ideas

and just putting them down on paper so that they’re out of your head and in front

of your face. This term is used in literature all the time. The art of brainstorming

when it comes to goal setting is about what you want. First step grab a sheet of

paper and write out all of your goals and dreams pertaining to this area of growth

in your life. You need to write down your very best thoughts or ideas in list form.

Once you have your list, group the options by areas in your life. By doing this

your are organizing your growth process and giving it structure. Structure

sometimes is the only thing you can count on to stay constant in your life. You

need to sit down and summarize each goal. Give a detailed description of the

objectives and plans action for each goal you set. Make sure that you are logical

with your expectations but don’t limit yourself. Start with the easy areas in your

life to grow because that will give you strength and show you that you can! Take

your time and conquer one thing at a time. Make sure that you build in rewards

for your growth process.

Last but not least get creative. One thing that I hate is the

the thought that everything works for everyone. You may be going with this

journey and realize that you’re not experiencing Things the same way as a close

friend. That does that mean that you’re in adequate I did you’re not doing well it

just means that you might need to change how you go about it. What works for

Jasmine might not work for Tiffany and that’s okay. I understand it is your job to

streamline your goals and your habits so that they work best for you. Never be

afraid to customize this thing we call life!
